“USHIO” is a word that signifies the bounty of Japan’s seas and the ebb and flow of the tides. In this tour, you can experience fresh seafood harvested from the waters surrounding Japan, alongside the expertise of sushi artisans.

By trying your hand at making sushi with the day’s catch, you’ll savor the sushi culture that Japanese people have cherished.

Additionally, we’ll share an exhaustive knowledge of Japanese cuisine’s history, etiquette, and ingredients with you.

12:00-14:00 Lunch at L'Effervéssons by Mr. Fuminobu Namae
14:30-16:00 Cooking Class at Yanagihara Cooking School - The way of Kinsaryu by Mr. Naoyuki Yanagihara
18:00-21:00 Dinner at Ryugin with Mr. Seiji Yamamoto
21:30- Heading to accomodation (separately arranged)

DAY 2

9:30-11:00 Visiting the Toyosu Market with Mr. Yoshinori Tezuka
11:30-14:30 Cooking lessons at Ohmorikaigan Matsunozushi by Mr. Yoshinori Tezuka
15:00-16:30 Tea ceremony in Kobori Enshu style
17:00-18:00 End of Course
